We share customer information with outside firms only for specific purposes.

We sometimes disclose limited customer information with outside companies with which we have joint marketing agreements, being, name, address and business conducted within the Dick Lavy Trucking, Inc. We disclose information only when we believe that it is important for the offer, or necessary to provide you with a premium or rate quote. Such disclosure is subject to confidentiality provisions and restrictions on other use.

We also disclose certain customer information to government agencies, consumer reporting agencies and other outside parties as permitted or required by the Federal Privacy Act and other applicable laws.
