Employee Spotlight

Meet Doug Bare, our newest addition to dispatch and the Dick Lavy family. Doug comes from being the Operations manager for Yellow Corporation for the last 1.5 years. He has driven OTR, Regional and local the 12 years prior to his stay in operations! His search for employment started after Yellow went out of business. He enjoyed the idea of a local company with a great record for stability. Doug has been married for 7 years and has two kids that are adults. He enjoys obstacle course races, playing tabletop games and soccer. He is eager to help anyone that he is able to.

Doug looks forward to meeting everyone and learning the operations of Dick Lavy Trucking. Please join me in welcoming Doug to his new-found home and family!
